What you’ll do

Generally you will gather information, perform control and administrative tasks and help create reports. You’ll identify, address and connect the dots.

For example:

• Analyze draft invoices and reconcile them with rental orders across all Business Units
• Check non-rental items (such as used nets or billed freight) and verify outsourced tasks like repairs
• Manage intercompany transactions relating to the Leasing business
• Streamline and enhance workflow and operational structure

What makes this job even more challenging is that you deal with complex data, multiple currencies, different time zones and international colleagues.

They rent ULDs (Unit Load Devices, such as aircraft containers and -pallets, and accessories). They deliver their products to airlines and freight forwarders worldwide, ensuring that goods and animals are transported safely by air.

Who you are

Ideally, you have a Business Control education or a financial or business economics degree at HBO level. Or you can compensate for that with experience. You are highly proficient in Excel and eager to learn new tools. Experience with ERP systems is important.

At least as important is who you are and how you do things. You’re good with numbers and a strong communicator. After all, you’ll have to leave your desk regularly to talk to people within the organization. You are straightforward and adapt quickly. The dynamics of the aviation suits you well.

You are looking for a job for 32 to 40 hours. You are proficient in English.
